5^th of August, 2015, Jilin to Hunchun PDL entire project started commissioning which CEC take the responsibility for all of survey and design works. Jilin to Hunchun PDL project (with the another name of Ji-Tu-Hun PDL project) located in Jilin Province, start from west - Jilin city to east - Hunchun city which near the border to Russia and DPRK, link the Tumen and Hunchun port. The project is the passenger dedicated line with double track, total length is 360.986 KM, design speed more than 250 KM/H, 9 stations of Jilin, West Jiaohe, North Weihulin, Dunhua, South Dashitou, West Antu, West Yanji, North Tumen and Hunchun. After the opening of this project, Hunchun - the northeast important port city will say goodbye to the history without passenger train.

November of 2008, CEC was award for the all survey and design work for Jilin to Hunchun PDL project.

August of 2011, started its construction

26^th of June, 2015, start integration testing and commissioning.

5^th of August, 2015, start entire project commissioning.

September of 2015, expected open for transportation service.
